About Our Sourdough Breads
All of our sourdough breads are made using our cultivated wild yeast starter "Pierre". He is aromatic, bubbly, deliciously fermented and gives the perfect delicate balance of chew and tang. We use artisanal whole grain bread flour, organic seeds, organic ebony carrot powder, fresh herbs from our garden, kosher salt, and water.
Currently we offer our Purple Signature, Classic, and Whole Wheat Golden Flaxseed.
